A leading authority on African value chains, including critical minerals, Ken brings significant leadership experience from the African Development Bank, where he led a $1.2 billion value chain project, as well as from the World Bank, Accenture, and PwC in New York. With over two decades of experience, he has driven sourcing and transformation strategies aligned with global supply chain needs and Africa’s development goals. He is passionate about connecting global industries—tech, green energy, defense—with Africa’s mineral-rich markets to build sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships. Ken leads with a global vision—connecting strategy, industry, and local knowledge to build resilient supply chains and sustainable value across Africa’s mineral-rich economies, aligned with their development goals.

Annie brings over 25 years of experience working across Africa on sustainable development and community empowerment. As Co-Founder of Earth Rights Institute, she has led cross-sectoral programs focused on ecological sustainability, peacebuilding, and inclusive local development. Her expertise in grassroots engagement, stakeholder trust-building, and community value creation makes her instrumental in helping companies establish lasting relationships in mineral-rich regions. Benjamin Gyepi-Garbrah II

Ben is a seasoned deal structuring and sourcing expert with decades of experience facilitating high-stakes transactions across Africa. He advises multinationals, DFIs, and African institutions on navigating regulatory, commercial, and political complexity. His network and knowledge of African markets enables clients to structure investment frameworks and mineral supply arrangements that are transparent, viable, and aligned with national priorities. James is a Senior Advisor to Devconia and a Professor at Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School, where he directs the Leadership Development Program. With expertise in organizational change, leadership, and international community economic development, he has worked extensively across Africa to support inclusive growth strategies. His experience advising public and private institutions enables companies to navigate transformation, build stakeholder alignment, and manage complexity.
